Stopped in off the snowmobile trails to ask for assistance from the service department to borrow some tools. They were very helpful and offered assistance which was much appreciated.

I needed to replace the bunks on my boat trailer and had rented a cabin for 3 nights so didn't have long to do the repair. One bracket to connect the timber to was bent and I needed the bracket straightened. Your front desk staff had me talk to someone that seemed to be a manager. I asked if he had a welder to heat the metal so it could be straightened. He said he had a press that he would try. In less than 10 minutes the bracket was straightened. I offered to compensate for this great work and the person refused payment. My first job when I was old enough was to work at my grandfather's grocery store. I saw how the local community was treated and this reminded me of how important family owned businesses are to the local community. Since I am not from the area, I most likely will not do much business with this marina. However, I will return here if I ever need anything when I am in the area.

Excellent customer service! We were searching the internet to exhaustion for weeks for a used motor for our pontoon. We finally came across a motor, exactly what we were looking for, still available and at a fair price so we grabbed it! We knew nothing about the business/marina that was selling it but we proceeded to put a down money to hold it motor sight unseen and we would not be able to hear it run. This definitely was a little unnerving to us and we felt like we were putting ourselves out there a bit. It was a 4.5 hour drive one way for us and when we arrived at Boat Sport Marina we were immediately impressed! Clean property, friendly staff, immediately greeted and helped, many staff members all busy with a job to do. This was a well oiled BUSY business indeed. The motor was loaded in the truck within 10 minutes however there was a misunderstanding on whether it came with controls or not. I was told it did however that was not the case. I was crushed! I was dead set on buying the motor and controls together. That was part of what was making the hunt so difficult. The sales manager didnt hesitate a second. He apologized for the confusion and said let me make this right for you. I am going to try to find some controls that we can give you with this motor. Within 10 minutes he had controls and an adapter and made the sale everything we were expecting it to be after a 4.5 hour drive one way. His professionalism and customer service was out of this world and truly sincere. I highly recommend this business and I would not hesitate to drive 4.5 hours again to do business with them. I am very thankful for the wonderful service and awesome boat motor and highly recommend Boat Sport Marina to all for any water needs!!!

I called Boart Sport Marina on a Saturday afternoon wanting to talk to a person in Service. I was hooked up with Greg. I explained my problem with my trolling motor and he understood my issue. He wasn't able to help me, but direct me to another local dealer who could help me. The other dealer was able to help me and I was back on the water fishing. I appreciated Greg listening to my issue and directing me in the right direction even though he couldn't help me. That's what you call customer service!! Thank you

Finally decided to upgrade our pier and what a great decision. Today the pier, as well as the boat and lift ( also from Boat Sport) were put in all while I was at work. John was great in sales and Robs scheduling combined with great install and service guys made for an awesome experience. Thank you once again for the great service.

Can't express how thankful I am to everyone here for helping my wife and I this week. My boat didn't start when we were out on the lake fishing. I gave them a call, and even though they were ready to close, came out to give us a tow back to their marina. Also took us back to the resort that night, then had the boat ready to go by noon the next day. Friendly and helpful, they are my choice for best marina!
